Ultra-luxury Alef Residences topped out

The ultra-luxury Alef Residences in Dubai has been topped out and the project is on track for completion in 2017.

The construction team worked round the clock throughout the hot summer to reach structural completion on August 31, the developer Al Sharq Investment revealed.

Located on the west crescent of The Palm Jumeirah, the Alef Residences are being made from only the finest materials, delivering spacious and comfortable apartment living beyond the current industry expectations, the developer says.

With the largest botanical gardens on The Palm Jumeirah, the residences will be serviced by W Dubai – The Palm, with uninterrupted access to 475 m of private beach.

As each home’s floorplan is unique, the next phase of the project will focus on the finishing of the homes, using only top-of-the-line materials. With 104 unique floor plans this means no two living spaces are the same.

Currently under construction on a 46,840 sqm plot of land, the Alef Residences are scheduled for handover in Q2 2017.

A selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom luxury homes offer from 4,800 to 15,000 sq ft of spacious accommodation, with stunning floor-to-ceiling panoramic ocean and skyline views, large balconies and gardens, some even with their own pool. The top floor is reserved for two single penthouses and three duplex penthouses.

The project has been tailored to cater for a diverse range of cultures with the top two floors just shell and core, so owners can take advantage of world class interior designer partners to customise their homes.

The residences will also boast an exclusive private members’ club; the Club 104, available to residents and select VIPs to unwind, socialise and dine. In addition, residents will have VIP access to the W, its 24/7 concierge service and amenities, including six dining destinations and in-residence catering service.

The Alef Residences cost up to AED51 million ($13 million) for a duplex penthouse and AED268 million ($72 million) for a mansion.

They are on show at the Cityscape Global 2016 exhibition (stand #S2C40), which is currently under way in Dubai.
