Luxury apartments in a new development at Southwark Bridge Road in London have gone on sale to interested investors.
The Triple One Collection and The Select Ten apartments at Two Fifty One Southwark Bridge Road have been launched by Oakmayne Properties in conjunction with Lone Star.
These 42 apartments will be located between floors 31 and 36 of a mixed-use building which sits at the heart of the Elephant & Castle regeneration area in Zone One.
The Triple One Collection comprises a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 621 sq ft to 1,617 sq ft, which are distinguished by their enhanced specification interiors and exceptional views across London’s skyline. Within this collection The Select Ten apartments are ten luxurious two-bedroom apartments, featuring larger winter gardens, additional upgraded specification with the best views across the London Cityscape.
The striking apartments with their enhanced specification will be setting a new level for quality and luxury in Elephant & Castle. Generous accommodation features Herringbone engineered oak flooring to the kitchen, living area and hallway and a European oak veneer front door. The 0.51 acre development consists of a striking 41 storey, 131-m tall, residential tower providing 335 apartments and penthouses and an eight storey, 35-m tall, office building providing 21,500 sq ft of accommodation, linked at ground level via a wi-fi enabled landscaped garden.
Instead of a conventional entrance, the development has a striking art gallery style foyer in the form of a double height “Greek influenced” colonnaded space bordered on one side by artwork and floor to ceiling glazing interspersed with feature colonnades, overlooking the resident’s garden.

The amenity floor on the 3rd level of the residential tower has a residents only gymnasium, a Club Room kitchen and dining room which residents can use as a party/entertaining space; and a private 11 seater screening room. The screening room will have the latest available technology in the area to download new movies, sporting events and documentaries from the internet.
Two Fifty One is complete with two basement levels, accessed via car and bike lifts, providing 34 car, 411 bicycle and 44 motorbike parking bays.
