Borneo eco resorts unveil spring promotions

Tourists in the Gulf are being offered choice spring breaks at unbeatable prices at two luxury resorts on a secluded tropical island off Malaysian Borneo.

Guests will be offered between 30 and 50 per cent discounts at the two five-star all-villa resorts on Gaya Island, which lies off the coast of Kota Kinabal, the capital of the state of Sabah in East Malaysia.

Gayana Eco Resort, consisting of luxury villas perched on stilts over the ocean, is located in the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine National Park, skirted by coral reefs and calm turquoise seas.

With a diverse array of ocean activities, extraordinary nature experiences are to be discovered below water as well as on land, the resort says.

Meanwhile, the Bunga Raya Island Resort is set in a secluded cove of pristine white beach and backed by tropical jungle.

Within this ancient rainforest which cascades down to the sea, private villas are terraced into the natural landscape featuring all of the modern comforts and conveniences of a five-star resort.

The clear turquoise sea allows for superb snorkelling and diving amongst beautiful corals, the resort says.

The Gayana Eco Resort offer includes 50 per cent off second and third nights for all villa categories while the Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa offer includes 30 per cent off second and third nights for all villa and suite categories.

Discounted nights are inclusive of breakfast and the spring offer runs until June, 30, 2015.
