Jumeirah at Etihad Towers has strengthened its culinary offering in the UAE’s capital with the launch of a contemporary, new restaurant that serves premium cuts of steak, cooked over a wood flavoured charcoal grill.
Situated on level 63, Ray’s Grill offers panoramic views that include the corniche and Arabian Gulf, making it “one of the most romantic restaurant settings in the emirate”.
Jumeirah at Etihad Towers General Manager Stefan Fuchs says: “Ray’s Grill is designed to excite both connoisseurs and fans of quality premium steak, where each cut is carefully cooked to perfection. Great culinary skill and technique are used to create artisanal sauces as gourmet accompaniments.”
Signature grills will feature some of the finest quality cuts of meat including: USDA prime beef, Australian 1824 sirloin, Australian Mulwarra ribeye, Australian Wagyu Grade 9 fillet steak and Irish John Stone beef sirloin.
A signature Ray’s salad, fennel smoked wagyu starter and pan seared foie gras and scallops are other menu highlights.
The interiors offer a luxurious atmosphere that is welcoming and relaxed, with a number of exclusive dining booths that provide privacy for couples and groups.
Ray’s Grill is now open every day for lunch from 12 to 3.30 pm and for dinner from 7 to 11.30 pm.
