Sabrina Monte-Carlo shows off skills at luxury tower

Sabrina Monte-Carlo has put its design expertise on show at an apartment at the luxury Odeon Tower in Monaco.

The Monaco-based interiors and exteriors specialist fitted the show apartment with luxury furnishings from Fendi, Trussardi and Bentley.

For this project, delivered mid-February 2017, the goal was to bring to life an unfurnished apartment, Sabrina Monte Carlo says.

The furnishing of the property aims to highlight the volumes of the various rooms to allow prospective purchasers to project themselves in their future home.

The interiors were subtly designed to give the apartment a unique character that would please everyone.

The starting point for the choice of decoration was therefore the existing marble floor, enhanced by touches of gray, bronze and dark blue.

A few velvet and silk satin cushions, with some adding of fur, bring a soft and warm note to these cold winter days.

While this shimmering gray stretches as a backdrop throughout the apartment to soften the atmosphere, accessories in the luminous tints of yellow and gold bring a colorful note and warmth to the interiors.

For the outside, the theme tropical winter garden can be found on the three beautiful terraces, inviting relaxation in the sun.

Rising 170 m high, the Odeon Tower is the tallest building in Monaco. The luxury residential tower was completed in 2015 and includes a five-floor penthouse with a swimming pool valued at $335 million.

Sabrina Monte Carlo has a wealth of experience in designing interiors for  superyachts and private jets.
